Let's face it, sometimes the late night snack attack gets you. But there are some good choices you can make next time it happens!

According to Angela Lemond, R.D.N., of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, some snacks will leave you feeling full but won't do all the bad things, like pack on pounds! Here are some choices:

1. Medium banana and a tablespoon of almond butter

2. medium apple and one ounce of low-fat cheese

3. quarter cup of black beans and small corn tortilla

4. cup of blueberries and six to eight ounces of plain, non-fat yogurt

5. cup of carrots and three tablespoons of hummus.
