Guy Shows Cop Right After He Pulls Him Over [VIDEO]

A guy in Pennsylvania got pulled over for having a headlight out. But he posted a video on YouTube where he shows the cop his headlights work just fine. Then he points out to the cop that he actually has a headlight out. The cop continues to argue with him, and keeps saying quote; "That's not right sir." But it actually is! This seems like harassment to me.
