Get a Preview of the Upcoming Mudman Race

On Saturday, August 18th Powder Ridge in Kimball will host the Mudman Race - a 5K extreme obstacle course. Yesterday, my three-year-old and I got a preview and tonight you can.

Rejuv Medical is sponsoring the 5k Mudman event and is also providing a preview of the course, with a pre-event training option, for a fee. 100% of the event preview and pre-event training fees will be donated to Miracles of Mitch Foundation, which provides help to children with cancer and their families.

The trial run is today - Thursday, July 26th at 7:00 pm. For the pre-race, everyone show up to register and check in at 6 and the run will begin at 7. Anybody can start using the boot camps to prepare for the race starting Monday.

My daughter and I had so much fun previewing the event yesterday! Yes, it's challenging but fulfilling and if a three-year-old can do it, I think you can too.
