Back in the 80's, First Lady Nancy Reagan took up the "Just Say No" campaign to keep kids off drugs and the spirit of that message is alive and well in Reno, Nevada where the Roller Kingdom is trying to keep kids on their best behavior by convincing them that roller skating is the way to go and yes, this commercial really did air on TV.
