Funny Friday [VIDEO] Is Napoleon Dynamite Waiting For The Bus?

I used to take public transportation on a daily basis when I lived in Minneapolis. I saw a lot of things on the bus and train, but I never saw this. 

I don't know if this is Napoleon Dynamite or not, but this is how this guy waited for the bus every day. I love how the other commuters just walk on by like it's nothing out of the ordinary.
