ST. CLOUD -- Four people were hurt in a crash in downtown St. Cloud earlier this (Sunday) afternoon.

St. Cloud Police Sergeant Jason Burke says the incident happened shortly after 12:00 p.m. at the intersection of 10th Avenue South and 1st Street South.

Twenty-one-year-old Amber Kling of Duluth was making a left hand turn onto 1st. Street South when she struck 62-year-old Deborah Berg of Rice. Berg was driving north on 10th Avenue South on a green light.

Kling was cited for failing to yield.

Berg and her three passengers were taken to the St. Cloud Hospital with non life threatening injuries.

Burke says one of vehicles involved in crash hit a building near the intersection.

The building will be inspected by the city tomorrow (Monday).
