ST. CLOUD -- The U.S Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights will be visiting St. Cloud State University later this week. They will be meeting with various groups on campus and will follow up on a complaint about SCSU's handling of a sexual assault allegation.

That complaint stemmed from an alleged sexual assault last year and the school's handling of the situation.

The Civil Rights Office will also hold open office times Wednesday and Thursday for students and individuals affiliated with the school to share any concerns about sexual assault complaints on campus.

The Office of Civil Rights will be at SCSU through Friday.
