Thanksgiving, Christmas and even Easter can all be a little overwhelming, but the great thing about these holidays is the little extra time off you get to see your family and friends.

Brittany, Shay and I spent Christmas at my mom's house and it was great! We haven't see each other since the wedding in October and when you have an eight-year-old nephew, six-year-old niece and a three-year-old niece who are calling you asking when you're coming down to see them, it's nice to be able to spend four-or-five days with them.

We had a great Christmas together. Presents, sledding, food, extended family, even time for some movies.

Noisy paper, a baby's best friend. However, she did try to eat it... not good.

A gift to Shay from Grandma. An engraved ornament and the heart reads "Baby's First Christmas"... Shay tried eating this too.

The weekend took it's toll on everybody. Brittany and Shay were beat, apparently. How could you sleep like that? Weirdo.
