Ever Wake up, Confuse The Time of Day and Think You’re Late?
With daylight savings time knocking us back an hour, the dark night falls over us early and some nights, after a long day, I sometimes fall asleep on the couch. I only fall asleep for maybe 15-20 minutes, but something triggers in my head and says "YOU'RE LATE FOR WORK"... "Go check on the baby"! And it's not something I can blame on not getting enough sleep at night because our daughter is up... she slept from 9:00pm until 6:45am the other night and usually sleeps around 9:30 until 2:30am, eats and goes back to bed till 7:00. So, it's not lack of sleep because of a baby in the house.
Then I realize, It's 7:15 in the EVENING and I have to sit there two more minutes letting my heart rate come back down.
Have you ever woke up and became completely confused on the time and showed up to a function you needed to be at WAY before you actually needed to be there?
