"Heart &amp; Soul: Community Journalism in Minnesota" raises crucial issues as the theme of the 42nd Annual SCSU First Amendment Forum. The FREE all day workshop will be held on April 19th in the Atwood Little Theatre at St. Cloud State University. The forum will focus on best practices. Journalists\, educators\, and students will be able to exchange ideas and go inside the minds of news hounds! There will be two sessions. The first one will be from 9:00 am to 11:00 am and the second session will be from 1:15 pm to 3:00 pm.    &nbsp;        The First Session    9:00 am-11:00 am    This session will go over lost traditions and preserved customs in community journalism.
