A cop in Eden Prairie, Minnesota accidentally shot a guy in the arm after he pulled him over last summer. The guy was feeling on a motorcycle and tried to outrun him. And speeds apparently hit 110 miles-an-hour before he finally pulled over. So that's why the cop's gun was out in the first place. Its protocol when making a felony stop.

When the cop says it was an accident, the guy just keeps saying he knows it was. Then the cop says he's going to make sure he's okay, and the guy says he trusts him. The cop at a couple points in the video also states he's not going to say anymore about the shooting.
