A new study out of England found a big health benefit of coffee. Researchers found that people who drink one cup of coffee a day are 20% less likely to die after a heart attack than people who don't drink it at all. And the more coffee you drink, the better your chances are of surviving. This is the latest study that found coffee has serious health benefits. Other recent ones have found it helps fight liver cancer, heart disease, and Parkinson's (which is good news for my family).
