Christmas is suppose to be a "holly-jolly" time, but you're still, pretty much, guaranteed to have a nervous break down at some point. Here is how to avoid that breakdown.

The end of the year is always a great time of year with Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's. At the same time, with all three of those holidays bunched so tightly together, it can get STRESSFUL!

Here a few ways to manage your stress... without too much drinking.

1. Don't overspend. Money is the NUMBER ONE thing that stresses people out during the holidays. Easy solution, set a budget, and stick to it.

2. Don't worry too much about traditions. Trying to recreate childhood memories is fine. Just don't go nuts with it. Sometimes creating NEW traditions is better. (I will never give up one tradition... a REAL CHRISTMAS TREE)

3. Don't try to buy the perfect gift for everyone.  Just buy something and be done with it. It's not all about presents anyway.
