So its no surprise we break down all the action on the ballroom floor every Tuesday morning at 7:10 on the Get Up & Go Show.  We were joined by dance pro' Val Chmerkovskiy this week to chat about the undeniable chemistry between him and his partner Janel Parrish (Pretty Little Liars) this season.
