According to a professor at the University of Pennsylvania, there's a simple trick you can do every day to make yourself happier.

Here's what you need to do...

Each night, write down three things that went well that day. They don't have to be big things. Even someone giving you a compliment on your outfit works. Then next to the things you wrote down, answer the question "Why did this happen?" You don't need to get in great detail, just one sentence will do the trick.

THAT'S IT!

Studies have found that if you do this every day, it forces you to focus on the positive things in your life and your almost guaranteed to be a much happier person in six months or so. Its a commitment, but worth it...right?
