IT'S TIME TO GO GARAGE SALE CRAZY!

I don't know what it is, but there's something that makes people go crazy when they hear the words 'City-Wide Garage Sale.'  Is it the thrill of the hunt? Is it being able to live beyond your means? Is it finding something antique?

Some people are great at finding treasures, and it's time to start looking for them.

Albany and Avon's City-Wide Garage Sale is taking place Thursday, May 2nd, Friday, May 3rd, and Saturday, May 4th, 2024.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

If you would like to take part in the City Wide Garage sale, you can click HERE to submit your garage sale, and get a map of all the listings.

The online Garage Sale Map will be available on the chamber website and Facebook pages.

Lumber One in Avon has listed that their Garage Sale will be Friday, May 3rd, from 7:30 to 4:30 pm, and will have discounts up to 75%, clearance items, and a mega sale. Items listed were doors, windows, hardware, and miscellaneous items.

DONATE YOUR LEFT-OVER ITEMS TO HELP THOSE WITH EPILEPSY

For anyone who is participating in the City-Wide Garage Sale, they are also making it super easy to donate any leftover items from your garage sale, with a free donation pickup. The funds created from the leftovers will help support approximately 55,000 Minnesotans living with Epilepsy.

HOW TO SCHEDULE YOUR PICK-UP

1. Schedule online at efpickup.com.
2. Place bags or boxes curbside on your pickup date
3. Label your bags or boxes with EF

• Items that are in need include:
• Clothing and shoes
• Bedding and linens
• Housewares
• Toys and games

Items NOT INCLUDED in the pickup would be furniture and other large items.
