Cold Spring Native, Eric Decker Weds Country Singer

Eric Decker, Cold Spring, MN native... has tied the knot. The former Golden Gopher and current wide receiver for the Denver Broncos, met country singer Jessie James through a mutual friend, over the phone. Decker was in Arizona training and James was doing a show in Florida. They future Mr. and Mrs. Decker started to talk a lot over the phone before their first date. Then in 2011, James sang the National Anthem at a Broncos-Jets game wearing a trimmed Eric Decker jersey. The couple became engaged in 2012 and just recently announced they will have a reality show on E! Network titled, "Love and Other Contact Sports: Eric and Jessie". The newly weds took their vows this past Saturday (6/22/13) at St. Francis in Castle Rock, Colorado. Jessie shared the occasion with photos on her Instagram account.
