I am all about paying it forward. When it comes to Celebrities, I would much rather report on what they are doing to give back versus how much they are making.

Christian Bale seems like one of those cool celebs that would give you the shirt off their back if you needed it. Earlier this summer he visited survivors of the "Dark Knight Rises" shooting in Colorado and also made a low-key visit to a memorial for those who were killed. Now he flew a four-year-old boy and his family to Disneyland so he would meet Batman! Let's meet four-year-old Jayden Barber.

Last November,Jayden was diagnosed with a terminal case of myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) leukemia. Jayden is only the 20th person in the world to suffer from MDS leukemia and his parents were told in July that their son was terminally ill and likely wouldn’t make it through the year.

Jayden’s dying wish was to meet Batman, so friends and family teamed up to have local actors pose as Batman, Wonder Woman, Spider-Man and Captain America and meet Jayden as he rode in a Batmobile and flashed the Bat signal. But that's not the coolest part of his wish either!

Jayden got a call from the “real” Batman, Christian Bale, who flew Jayden and his entire family to Disneyland, where the two finally got to meet.

"They talked movies and superheroes and [Bale] was genuinely happy to hear about everything Jayden wanted to tell him. Christian, his wife and daughter are three of the most beautiful people we have ever met! Christian made these arrangements for us personally and ensured we were treated like royalty.  I don't have even one negative thing to say about them."

When he met Christian, Jayden asked him, “Can I help you beat up bad guys?” They didn’t beat up any bad guys but they did get rid of one killer. Jayden and his parents were informed that his terminal cancer has gone into remission. There’s obviously a long way to go before he is 100% healthy but he’s on the road to recovery.

How amazing is that for not only Jayden, but Christian, too! Not saying Christian had anything to do with the medical side of the remission, but maybe the uplifting of spirits really helped! I challenge more celebrities to step up and give back!
