This is a 'bad teen' story with a 'good parenting' ending.

Four Chicago teenagers, ages 12-15, stole a Salvation Army Kettle while the bell ringer was taking a break. (I was never allowed to take a break, for this very reason!). The theft was not caught on camera, but 2 shoppers witnessed the kids actions and called 911.

One of the teenagers parents told police that all of the kids Christmas presents will be donated to -- you guessed it. -- The Salvation Army!

Now that will land you on Santa's naughty list every time.
