If you've been to Arby's recently and used a credit card, there's a good chance that information was stolen by hackers. This could include both St. Cloud Arby's locations.

Arby's just released a statement that they're investigating a malware breach in their restaurants around the U.S. that could affect hundred of thousands of customers.

Malware is a type of software that can be attached to other software, and generally has the intent to be malicious. In this case, the malware was linked to cash registers in the restaurants that Arby's owns (not franchise-owned), sending credit card data as they were swiped.

The malware was found to be reporting customer information from credit cards between the dates of October 25, 2016 to January 19th, 2017.

They are asking customers to keep a close eye on their bank accounts and report any unknown activity to their bank.

Arby's has 2 St. Cloud locations. It is unknown if they are owned directly by Arby’s Restaurant Group, Inc. or a private franchise company:

  • 3275 First St S, St. Cloud, MN 56301
  • 348 Lincoln Ave SE, St. Cloud, MN 56301
