For New Years Eve this year we got together at my brother's house.  For some reason with this group someone always ends up bringing jello shots, so I decided this time it would be me. I had noticed a number of recipes being passed around on Pinterest, all with slight variations in ingredients, but this was by far the easiest recipe I found.  I like easy.

Here's what you'll need:

1 bottle of champagne (I used Barefoot Bubbly Moscato Spumante Champagne)
3 packets of plain gelatin
3 tablespoons of white sugar

Instructions:

Pour 1 1/2 cups of champagne in a pot.  Sprinkle the three packets of gelatin on the champagne.   Sprinkle the three tablespoons of sugar on the champagne too.  Let both settle in a little bit before applying heat.  Slowly warm the mixture.  Heat through and make sure all the gelatin and sugar have dissolved.  Add the remaining cold champagne to the hot liquid, mix and pour into a glass baking dish (or molds if you desire).  Refrigerate for two hours.

This mixture solidified nicely and after I cut the pan's contents into squares, they came right out of the pan - no sticking!  Hate it when that happens. I really liked the consistency of this recipe.  The jigglers held up to the point where they could be held and "tinked" together for toasts.  We had a lot of fun with these at the party I attended.
