Celebrity Appearance Fees

Why can't I be famous?  I don't even have to be 'Brad Pitt' famous, just 'The Situation' famous!  We talked about Celebrity Appearance Fee's this morning on the Get Up & Go Show.  It will blow your mind knowing what each of these famous folks can command.

Take Kim Kardashian for example, she gets $50,000 per appearance and reportedly took in a half a million dollars while making the rounds in Vegas for her 30th Birthday.

Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino from MTV's 'Jersey Shore.' He also took in $50,000 at the height of the shows popularity and his cast mates were commanding the same kind of cash.  All he had to do was show up and maybe get on the mic once or twice during the event.

Mariah Carey, Cher, Elton, Beyonce and Jay Z can command anywhere from one million and above for each appearance.  Again in most cases, don't even perform. Christina Aguilera reportedly made $17,000 per minute for a one hour Halloween Party.

If you're on a budget, but still want some sort of celeb to show up at your shindig, you can get Vanilla Ice for around 15K.  Not only will he show up for that price, but he brings along a crew and performs.  Now that's a deal, Word to your Mother!
