ST. CLOUD - A man used a butcher knife to rob a north St. Cloud convenience store. Police say the suspect entered the SuperAmerica in the 1500 block of Northway Drive at about 10:30 p.m. last (Tuesday) night.

The suspect is described as a black man, about five-feet five-inches tall, weighing about 170 pounds. He was wearing gloves, a bandanna over his face, a dark hooded sweatshirt with the hood up, and sunglasses.

He left the store on foot in a southerly direction, with an undisclosed amount of cash.

One customer was in the store at the time.

Nobody was hurt.

Officers set-up a perimeter with a police dog, but were not able to find the suspect.

A man with a similar description robbed a south St. Cloud SuperAmerica earlier this month.

The same SuperAmerica in the 1500 block of Northway Drive was also robbed back in February.
