Buffalo Man Killed in Benton County Crash

FOLEY - A Buffalo man was killed in a crash in Benton County.  The Minnesota State Patrol says it happened at about 10:30 a.m. on Saturday on Highway 95 at County Road 7 in Glendorado Township.

A Semi driven by 80-year-old David Heim of St. Cloud was west bound on Highway 95. While a Chevy Trailblazer driven by 49-year-old Robert Kuhn of Buffalo was north bound on County Road 7. The Patrol says Kuhn failed to stop for stop sign and struck the semi in the intersection.

Kuhn was killed in the crash.

Heim was not hurt.
