Blue Angels Return to St. Cloud

The US Navy's Blue Angels will return for an airshow in St. Cloud.

The U.S. Navy’s flight demonstration team announced today (Monday) that they’ll be returning in 2013.  The air show will be July 20th and 21st at the St. Cloud Regional Airport.

The Boy Scouts will be planning the event.  Jill Magelssen is a board member for the Central Minnesota Boy Scout Council and she says the Blue Angels will be just one of several acts at the show.

The Blue Angels will fly in 65 demonstrations at 32 locations in 2013 in just North America.

As you may remember, The Blue Angels appeared at the Central Minnesota Air Show last year. Morning MIX Newsman Jim Maurice was lucky enough to get a ride- we love his facial expressions!
