WHAT'S HAPPENING

Big Brothers Big Sisters is looking for an exceptional person with strong organizational and relationship skills to serve in an important role of connecting events and attendees to our mission of serving kids. The Event Manager position oversees all fundraising events for the agency, including managing volunteers and taking the lead with event software. This position is significant in bringing people to events to learn of the Big Brothers Big Sisters story and support the agency to ensure the continuance of our mission for years to come.. The position is FTE and is benefits eligible.

THE POSITION AS EVENT MANAGER IS OPEN NOW

The position requires an independent person to be self motivated, highly organized, detail oriented, with strong delegation skills and an exceptional team player. Experience as a volunteer and/or experience leading volunteers in fundraising efforts is key to the success of this position.

A two year degree and successful experience with event planning and data management is preferred.
