I'm a in awe of a fifth grade student in Minneapolis.  He by far has the best excuse note in the history of elementary students ever.  Last Friday, President Obama was in Minneapolis for several campaign appearances.  One of the stops included meeting workers at a local Honeywell factory.

An employee of the factory Ryan Sullivan brought his son Tyler to work with him to meet the President.  It just happened to be on a school day, so Tyler was able to go back to class later on that day with the best excuse note ever.  President Obama wrote on official Presidential stationery, and said quote: "Mr. Ackerman, Please excuse Tyler...He was with me!"

I'm super jealous and would've loved to met the President while he was in Central Minnesota.
