Backstreet Boys Celebrate 20th Anniversary in St. Paul with Exclusive Sound Check Party [VIDEO] [PICTURES]
Backstreet were certainly back on Tuesday (6/10) night in St. Paul. Mix was invited by the Backstreet Boys manager, Jennifer, to an exclusive sound check party before the guys took the stage to thousands of adoring fans at the Xcel Energy Center. I've known the guys for many years. I went to high school briefly with Brian (Tates Creek), and spent many nights recording with Nick Carter at Transcontinental Studios in Orlando, Florida (when I use to manage Jordan Knight). Nick's little brother, Aaron, also toured with JK and I back in 2005.
BSB put on an amazing show, but the sound check parties, allow a very select group of die hard fans to get up close & personal with their 5 favorite guys. You watch them sing a couple of songs, participate in the Q & A, and take a picture with the group, before heading out. Here's some footage from the sound check party, along with a couple pics I took.
