Avril Lavigne Puts Out Another Booty Shaker?

Many music critics are putting Avril Lavigne on the same list as Lady Gaga – the Most Anticipated Albums of 2011 list. Really?! She’s been gone for a while and still has that bratty kid thing going.
The first single from the new album is "What the Hell." The album is called Goodbye Lullaby and drops March 8. So, what do you think? Is Avril Lavigne all that?
