Ileana Williams
Ileana’s Movie Review: Take Me Home Tonight
Awesome soundtrack, but somehow, "Take Me Home Tonight" never delivers its promise of a 1980's type charming movie. Now, if you want to see some heavy partying...
Ileana’s Movie Review: The Adjustment Bureau
Is our destiny pre-determined or do we have free will to decide our own fate? In the movie "The Adjustment Bureau," Matt Damon is a man who inadvertently pulls back the veil on reality and discovers the agents of fate. These men are in charge of keeping people on their paths by influencing events and even our minds.
Oscar Picks
This Sunday marks the 83rd annual Academy Awards ceremony, the most glamorous night in Hollywood. For movie geeks like us, this is the equivalent to the Super Bowl or the World Series. Sports fans have their favorite teams and players, we have our favorite films and actors. Here are my picks for what I felt were the best performances of the year.
Movie Review- Unknown
If you were to take the “Bourne Identity” and add a little “Taken” and “The Fugitive” you get “Unknown”. Overall it’s not as good as those movies but still quite enjoyable, plus there’s a twist ending and those are always fun.
Movie Review – Gnomeo & Juliet
Our Movie Maven Ileana adores this animated story of Romeo and Juliet- even though it's been told a hundred times. It's Shakespeare as told through the eyes of cute little garden gnomes.

Movie Review-The Mechanic
The Mechanic
Rated: R – For strong brutal violence, language, sexual content and nudity
Starring: Jason Statham, Ben Foster, Donald Sutherland
I must begin with a confession: I have always liked Jason Statham. Ever since I saw him in “Snatch” I’ve been drawn to his tough-guy charms and seen just about everything he’s ever done, usually with a big smile on my face...
Movie Review – The King’s Speech
The King’s Speech
Rated: R – For language
Starring: Colin Firth, Geoffrey Rush, Helena Bonham Carter, Guy Pearce
Colin Firth adds yet another amazing performance to his already impressive resume. Here he plays Prince Albert, the man who reluctantly became King George VI after his older brother King Edward VIII (Pearce) abdicated the throne in 1936...
Review: ‘Hornet’ Car a Beauty, Rogen Bugs
Green Hornet co-writer, co-producer and star Seth Rogen is the weakest part of this superhero adventure. Hey, at least there's that awesome car.
“Country Strong” — Unrealized Potential
"Country Strong" may be just that -- strong country music, but it's not strong in storyline or acting. While it doesn't hit a sour note, it's still really disappointing. It had all the pieces to be really good.
14-Year-Old Shows Her “True Grit,” Steals Show
Minnesota's Coen Brothers have gone country -- and it's paid off for them in this remake of the John Wayne classic. But it's not Marshall Rooster Cogburn who steals the show in this version.
