Arrest Made in Deadly Attack Case

ST. CLOUD – A teenager is now in custody after the death of a college student in St. Cloud.
No charges have been filed in the case of 20-year-old Colton Gleason of Greenfield — who was a student at Minnesota State-Mankato.
Gleason was in the alley with female companions when a car drove up and several people got out. One of them assaulted Gleason, who ended up in the hospital. He died the next day.
Reports say the person arrested is a 17-year-old from St. Cloud. He was taken into custody at 4:25 p.m. Monday. He’s being held at the Prairie Lakes Juvenile Facility. The investigation is continuing.
