Are Candy Conversation Hearts Actually The Worst? [Vote]

Chalky, bland, and hard on my teeth. It is Valentine candy season and candy conversation hearts are everywhere. I didn't always see them as awful, in fact I used to love these as a kid. As an adult, they just remind me of heartburn relief medicine. And has anyone actually struck up a conversation using them?
