She's been meeting with lawyers, he's been on a continuous golfing trip. Things aren't looking good for a Happy New Year for the once happily married Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy.

Some folks are predicting that Bethenny and Jason will announce their divorce on Christmas Day, or possibly on the 24th. It's something celebrities tend to do, hoping that the holiday will overshadow the media frenzy.

I would love to see them stay together. I think he's been a good influence in her life. But who am I to say? I wish them the best!
