According to a new study, all you need to have a happy relationship is . . . a good night of sleep. Psychologists at Florida State University found that when couples sleep at least seven hours, they're much less likely to focus on negative things in their relationship, and much more likely to see the big picture. Sleeping also helps us keep our impulses under control, so when you feel  rested you have fewer arguments.

Maybe this is why I fight with the Mrs. so much...I don't get enough sleep! I think on the average I get 5 hours during the week, and six on the weekends. I'll have to make a better effort to get 7-8 hours. Happy Sleep = Happy Life apparently.
