A Trip to the Vineyard and Winery in Kimball

Who would of thought such a hidden gem, was so close to the St. Cloud metro?  My wife and I were lucky enough to be treated to a visit to the Millner Heritage Vineyard & Winery in Kimball over the weekend.  I can't say enough great things about the wonderful owners and staff at the winery.  They welcomed us with open arms and gave us the royal treatment. 

The winery is a very easy drive from St. Cloud to Kimball (just take Highway 15), the entire way.  The Millner family cares for a nine acre vineyard, growing primarily Swenson and University of Minnesota grape varieties.  You can take a top notch vineyard tour with their popular trolley and the get the basics of the "wine making" process by walking through the winery.  They offer wine tasting and host many special events, including weddings, corportate gatherings and private parties. 

If your looking for something fun and unique in Central Minnesota, take the short trip to Kimball and visit the fine folks at the Millner Heritage Vineyard & Winery.
