A Mom Invented an App That Locks Your Kids Phone Until They Call You Back

A mom in Texas just invented an app that locks your kids phone until they call you back. The app costs $1.99, but is only available for Android phones right now.  Its called 'Ignore No More' and when a parent calls their kid and the kid doesn't answer, the app will lock their phone and only gives them two options...call their parent back or call 911.

This means no texting, games etc until they call their parents back and get the unlock code.  Thoughts? Would you purchase this app?  Will this help keep kids responsible and check in more often?
