The HAPIfork gives you precise information about your eating schedule. The HAPIfork alerts you with the help of indicator lights when you are eating too fast.

The fork uses built-in sensors to monitor how much food you're putting on the fork, how many forkfuls of food you're eating per minute, and how long you're pausing between shoveling bites of food into your mouth. If you're putting too much on the fork or eating more than once every 10 seconds, it buzzes at you as a sign that you need to reel it in. Not that we enjoy having out silverware judge us, but we just might need an extra motivator!

I myself find my fork to be too heavy and going to my mouth too fast when I am eating something I really enjoy! It's hard to say no to a fork full of red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting!
