A Cop Gives a Driver a DWI [VIDEO]

A police office in Halifax, Virginia pulled over a couple last week, and the woman driving seems nervous when he tells her she's violating code 1.7.3.9. But then he tells her it's against the law to drive on a hot day without an ICE CREAM cone. So he and the police chief hand them two cones, and they all had a good laugh.
