ST. CLOUD - Three St. Cloud businesses have agreed to pay a $750 fine for failing an alcohol compliance check.  The St. Cloud city council approved the fine during their regular meeting this (Monday) evening.

The Boulder Ridge Golf Club, the Liquor Pig, and Waldo's Pizza all failed the compliance check, by selling alcohol to someone under the age of 21, conducted by the St. Cloud Police Department back in June of last year.

City Administrator Mike Williams says all three businesses have acknowledged the underage sale violation, and have agreed to pay the fine.
This is the first violation for all three businesses.
