3 People Hurt In Broadside Crash Near Foley

FOLEY - Three people were hurt in a two vehicle crash in Benton County. The Minnesota State Patrol says it happened just after 9:30 p.m. Sunday night on Highway 25, at 55th Street Northeast, near Foley.

Fifty-three-year-old Kerri Welch of Clear Lake was going south on Highway 25 when a vehicle pulled out in front of her from a stop sign on 55th Street. The driver of the second vehicle was 20-year-old Samuel Peterson of Foreston.

Both drivers were taken to St. Cloud Hospital with non life-threatening injuries. A passenger in Welch's vehicle, 58-year-old Connie Popp of Clear Lake, also has non life-threatening injuries.
