‘2 Guns’ Movie Review [VIDEO]
A DEA agent teams up with a naval intelligence officer and they find themselves on the run after a flopped attempt to infiltrate a drug cartel. One of the twists in this action film is that neither of them knew much about the other as they find out that each is an undercover agent.
The film is based on Steven Grant's graphic novel, 2 Guns that tells the story of two street punks that attempt to steal a Mexican Drug Cartel's money, however; find themselves getting more involved that than they hoped.
A lot of gun fights in the film as all the enemies start to pile up including the DEA, US Navy and the CIA.
The film has it's crime, mix that in with some action and some comedy and you have the film '2 Guns' which stars Mark Wahlberg, Denzel Washington and Paula Patton.
I give the film a 3.5 out of 5 as it is very entertaining, keeps you guessing (which is a good thing), that being said it will keep you engaged throughout the film.
The film is rated 'R' and runs 106 minutes, now showing at The Parkwood Cinemas, click on the link for showtimes.
