I guess I don't get what goes through the mind of a teenager.  For some reason, a 14-year-old Dutch girl thought it was a good idea to tweet American Airlines yesterday.  Here's what she tweeted, "My name is Ibrahim and I'm from Afghanistan.  I'm part of Al Qaida and on June 1st I'm gonna do something really big. Bye."

American Airlines wasted no time responding, quote, "Sarah, we take these threats very seriously. Your IP address and details will be forwarded to security and the FBI."  At that point, Sarah freaked out and swore it was a dumb joke.  She tried to push the blame on her friend and begged the airline for forgiveness.

The story doesn't end there.  She got back on Twitter after the story started getting picked up by the media, and tweeted, quote, "Okay, today was the highlight of my Twitter days." This was in response to the teen gaining over 1,000 new followers.
