14-year-old Girl Raises Money to Make Her Own Horror Flick [VIDEO]

At 14-years-old, I was trying to convince my mom that I already did my homework. This girl puts me to shame.

Emily Diprimo is 14-years-old and making movies. Diprimo wrote and directed the '80s-style slasher called, "Carver". With the help of her dad, Emily raised 32-thousand-dollars on Kickstarter to get the film funded.

With that low of a budget, you would think... "junk", but the trailer doesn't look too bad and Diprimo is going old school, and happily announced on the movies website, that no CGI blood was used.
