Meet Cadillac...This beautiful pup has had a pretty rough start to life. Luckily, he's in the hands of the loving staff at Tri County Humane Society. After being evaluated, it was determined that Cadillac is in need of entropian eyelid surgery on both of his eyes, as well as treatment for heartworm, Lyme's disease, and anaplasmosis, which is another tick disease. They Tri County Humane Society needs to raise about $700 to take care of Cadillac, whose had a pretty rough start in life.
